"I Give Them 10 Stars!"

Bragg Home Services came out to our home and serviced our heating and air conditioning the technician booties on his feet before he came in and was so kind and explained everything to us that was happening with our system. They were respectful and I would suggest anybody having them in their house. The best thing about them is they have a monthly program that’s only $20 a month. Where if anything happens, they come out immediately, And once a year they come out and service your heating and air conditioning. Who does that for $20 a month Bragg Home Services does. I give them 10 stars.

Bragg Home Services came out to our office building and shopping center for drainage problem and HVAC problem with very short notice. After thorough investigation, they quickly diagnosed the issue without trying to upsell the service or recommend unnecessary repairs. Bragg just finished re-insulating my attic insulation after I’d had a rodent problem. The crew was on time, communicated throughout, did a fantastic job, cleared everything on the scope list and were a pleasure to work with. Cleaned everything before departing. I also want to comment that the estimator did a great job explaining options, pros and cons of R-values, was honest, trustworthy and low key about comparing to other bids. I hired on the spot. PS Bragg has done several jobs for me over the years, this was just the biggest and I’ve been happy each and every time. Highly recommend.
